How to Use It:
Test First: Apply a drop on your inner wrist to check for irritation.
Warm Slightly: Place the bottle in warm water to bring it to body temperature (never hot!).
Application: Lie on your side, gently pull the ear upward (for adults) or downward (for kids), and place **2-3 drops** in the ear.
Let Sit: Stay still for 5-10 minutes, then drain excess oil by turning your head.
